Using NAHPU
Section titled “Using NAHPU”You agree to use NAHPU only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and Conditions and any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
Open Source and MIT License
Section titled “Open Source and MIT License”NAHPU is an open-source application. The source code is freely available and can be distributed and modified under the terms of the MIT License.
The MIT License is a permissive free software license originating at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). It puts only very limited restriction on reuse and has, therefore, high license compatibility.

Third-Party Libraries
Section titled “Third-Party Libraries”Please note that while NAHPU is distributed under the MIT License, it uses third-party libraries that may be distributed under different licenses. The use of these libraries is subject to their respective licenses. We encourage users to review these licenses.
We do not claim any ownership or responsibility for these third-party libraries. Any issues related to these libraries should be directed to their respective authors or maintainers.
Location Data
Section titled “Location Data”NAHPU uses location data to provide and improve location-based services. This data is collected in a way that does not personally identify you. We do not track your device or record your device movements. The location data is used solely to provide functionality within the app.
Intellectual Property
Section titled “Intellectual Property”NAHPU and the intellectual property rights of the content, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by the app, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Dispute Resolution
Section titled “Dispute Resolution”If you have any dispute with us relating to your use of NAHPU, you agree to contact us directly and provide a detailed description of the issues you encountered. You agree to give us an opportunity to resolve any disputes or disagreements between us directly, before resorting to any legal action.
