Create a Darwin Core or NAHPU Data Package

Create a relational data package for exchange, validation, downstream analysis, or preservation.

  1. Open Bundle records and choose Darwin Core Data Package or NAHPU Data Package.
  2. Use Darwin Core for standards-based biodiversity tables; use NAHPU for analysis that needs the complete native project schema, metadata, user configuration, and NAHPU relationships.
  3. Select TAR.GZ or ZIP when the chosen package supports both.
  4. Generate the package and review warnings for missing media or invalid relationships.
  5. Inspect the descriptor, populated data tables, and manifest before analysis, sharing, or archiving.

Use a NAHPU Data Package for re-import into NAHPU only when it contains a compatible project payload. Darwin Core packages are for downstream use, not project recovery.
