Add a specimen record

Catalog a specimen and connect it to its taxon and collecting event.

Steps

1. Confirm the intended catalog format in Settings.
2. Open Specimen Records and select +.
3. Assign or verify the Field ID, Cataloger, Preparator, and taxon.
4. Select the collecting event and review capture date, time, method, and collecting personnel.
5. Enter condition, measurements, biological attributes, and remarks that were actually observed.
6. Save and review the complete record before moving to the next specimen.
