Export a project for another device

Create the daily field backup, and the transfer that another NAHPU installation can merge.

Steps

Open the source project drawer and select Export project.
Review record counts and warnings for missing media.
Choose light JSON.GZ only for records without media, or ZIP/TAR.GZ for a complete transfer with available media.
Export and store or send the archive securely.
Retain the source data until the receiving device has completed and verified its merge.
Repeat at the end of every field day; keep Backup database for the weekly checkpoint.
