Find incomplete or inconsistent records before export or transfer.
- Review project statistics for unexpected record counts.
- Check Site IDs, event dates, Field IDs, taxa, coordinates, and required relationships.
- Compare identifiers against physical labels, field notes, and media.
- Resolve duplicates and correct values without replacing verbatim evidence.
- Create a fresh backup, then export a review table and inspect it outside the app.
Recheck corrected records and keep the dated review export with the project backup. Statistics alone cannot confirm data completeness.
