Attach associated data and media

Connect supporting files, links, images, audio, and video to a record.

Steps

Open the record and choose Associated Data for links or non-media files.
Choose Media for supported images, audio, or video.
Import an existing file or use available camera, video, or audio capture actions.
For Associated Data, record the data type, name, description, date, and URI or file. For Media, record a caption, tag, and photographer where applicable; do not assume all file types carry capture metadata.
Open each attachment to verify it. A URI does not provide an offline copy of its target; check managed files again after transferring the project.
