Choose the right export type

Choose a backup, transfer, structured export, or publishing bundle according to the next use.

Steps

1. For the daily field backup, and for combining NAHPU devices, choose Export project; use ZIP/TAR.GZ with media or JSON.GZ without it.
2. For the weekly checkpoint, before a merge, or to rebuild a whole installation, choose Backup database.
3. For spreadsheets or analysis, choose Export records.
4. For standards-based sharing, choose Bundle records and select Darwin Core Archive, Darwin Core Data Package, or NAHPU Data Package.
5. For labels or reports, choose Export documents.
