Print and archive tags or documents

Produce physical outputs while retaining a reproducible digital copy.

  1. Preview the PDF against representative records and the intended paper or tag stock.
  2. Save the final PDF with the project name, output type, and date.
  3. Print a small test and check dimensions, margins, legibility, identifiers, and duplex orientation.
  4. Print the production set and compare a sample with the source records.
  5. Archive the PDF, matching template, print layout, and relevant user configuration with the project backup.

Print at actual size when label dimensions must match the layout, and verify one sheet before printing the full set.
