Create a print layout and export PDF

Arrange document templates on pages and verify the final PDF.

Steps

Open Settings > Documents > Print layouts and create or duplicate a layout. Rename it from the name field at the top of Edit Preset.
Set page size, orientation, margins, and padding.
Add template blocks and configure copies, rows, columns, ordering, and pagination.
Open Export documents, choose the layout, and select representative records.
Generate a preview and check long text, first and last pages, alignment, and both sides when applicable.
Enter the filename and export the PDF.

Open the exported PDF and confirm that no text is clipped and that the page dimensions match the intended stock.
