Tools

We welcome everyone to develop tools to support NAHPU. You are welcome to host your tool in your own repository and let us know about it to be listed here and in the NAHPU GitHub Organization. We also welcome you to contribute to the development of existing tools. Please contact us if you are interested in contributing.

Current NAHPU team focus is developing the nahpu-taxonomy. This tool will provide standardize data-structure for NAHPU to access taxonomic libarary. It will sourced from the Mammal Diversity Database for mammal taxonomy and Catalog of Life for other supported taxa.
